Websites
Most of our web design clients are looking for a few things - they’re looking to make an incredible shop window for their business, and they’re looking to create something they can edit and update easily and with independence. If that’s you - if you’re just not excited to send people to your website, or you’re fed up having to email a developer to change the photo on the About page - then we can help.
How Do I Get a Website That Truly Represents Me?
A website can fundamentally be anything you want it to be. We like to really drill down into a few things - namely, your messaging, your goals, and your branding guidelines. And from there, we love to create a user experience in a website that uses every possible opportunity to speak to your best differential qualities. And that means pulling together a fair few disciplines - graphic design, motion design, copywriting, image curation, video; colours, textures, patterns; UX, coding, security considerations. - and making sure they’re all creatively pointing in the same direction.
We Can Rebuild Him is a Web Design Agency Based in Glasgow, Scotland.
We’ve been working with clients in Glasgow, throughout Scotland and across Europe since 2014, on all kinds of creative agency services. Web design is one part of the equation for us, and we’ve created bespoke websites for clients like Ubiquitous Chip, Big Bear Bakery, Doh, Eloping Lapland, Yippon, Harper Scott Photo, Niki Strbian in Finland, and about fifty more. One thing they all had in common is that they wanted to back themselves by creating bold, exciting websites. We’ve also worked with those clients and many more besides on branding design - and we’ve worked with household names like Dobbies Garden Centres, Arran Aromatics, CalMac Ferries and Highland Park Whisky to create social media content, video production and commercial photography - so we understand how all those creative and aesthetic pieces form part of a wider whole.
How Do I Know What Web Platform I Need?
So we’re happy to take a steer from clients who are used to using a specific system, and we’re also happy to propose a platform that best suits the goals for the business. We’ve worked with Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify; we’ve built in Astro JS and Next.JS, Vercel and Netlify. We’re not married to anything, and we believe in horses for courses. The important thing is that it does the things you need - namely, allows the functionality and editability you need, loads quickly and is successfully crawled by Google.
However, choosing a website platform is probably not your job. If you’re dead set on Wordpress because it’s what you’re used to, that’s fine. But if you’re moving to a new platform and you’ve chosen that before you’ve chosen your partner to build the site for you, there’s a decent chance you’re guilty of having a dog and barking yourself. We can help with this - let us!
